Youth Summer Reading Program Starts June 2
Sign-up for the summer reading program starts as soon as school lets out for summer break, Thursday, June. The program is for youth from birth through 8th grade. When you sign-up for the Summer Reading Program, you will receive a weekly Time Log to keep track of your reading time. Read, or be read to, at least 2 hours every week and bring your Log to the Library. You will receive a small prize and a new Time Log. Everyone who has read at least 2 hours per week from June 2nd through July 16th will have successfully completed the Summer Reading Program
and will be able to attend the Swimming Party,
Saturday, July 23rd, 10:00 to Noon. There will be prizes!

Do you like to color? We're going to host a coloring time in the library's meeting room at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 26. This will be very informal. You may either bring your own coloring supplies or use for free the library's coloring books, colored pencils, and gel pens.
We still have some free organic garden seeds at the library. If you like organic vegetables come and take a look.
